“The bypass around the city of Sibiu in central Romania will be completed by the end of 2010, Prime Minister Emil Boc said. The project’s financing was secure, he added. The initial deadline for completion of the road was 2011. The prime minister announced that the first segment of the road extending for 14.8 kilometres was 70 per cent complete but there were still some issues of infrastructure and compensation that needed to be addressed.”
