The general context of CRCE institutional vision is to come on the Romanian and European educative context with seminar and courses on the specific needs of developing abilities and knowledge of adults.
In the European context, CRCE is developing branches of education for adult with an European economical context: having the adult in the active education for a better job, for a need it job, for a job which is a priority on the regional market or in the family context for a better life.
Demographic changes make it “a priority” that people remain employed more that the retirement traditional age. All of these changes are now a priority on the adult education department of CRCE. Adult Education Department staff, experts, learners from CRCE will need to adapt innovative and creative to the needs and to the asking jobs for a better European development context.
