CEE Trust Important Announcemt about Its 2012 Priorities in Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia
Trust for Civil Society in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE Trust) announces its priorities for the grantmaking activity in 2012. The current year is the final year of the CEE Trust programs and in the remaining period of time CEE Trust will not launch calls for proposals in Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia.
In 2012 we will continue to accept unsolicited applications. The scope and scale of the CEE Trust grantmaking activity are determined by the size of its budget for the current year as well as the priorities of the CEE Trust in the relevant countries.
In Romania, the CEE Trust will support projects that will:
- Propose innovative means to attract the interest, develop and involve in concrete actions the non-organized civil society (e.g. bloggers, activists from social networks, citizens’ groups, students, etc) and to build constituency;
- Propose concrete advocacy solutions for the most important issues the Romanian society and civil society are facing (e.g. effects of the economic crisis on the social and civic life).
